Tozer, Henry (c. 1601–1650), Church of England clergyman, was born in North Tawton, Devon, to unknown parents. Having matriculated from Exeter College, Oxford, on 3 May 1621, when he was said to have been aged twenty, he graduated BA on 18 June 1623, and that year became a fellow of the college.
