Bickley, Thomas (c. 1518–1596), bishop of Chichester, was born at Stowe, Buckinghamshire. He became a chorister of Magdalen College, Oxford, in 1531, a demy in 1534, and a probationary fellow on 25 July 1540; he was confirmed in his fellowship a year later, on 26 July 1541.
