Leslie, John, duke of Rothes (c. 1630–1681), politician and nobleman, was the only son of John Leslie, sixth earl of Rothes (c. 1600–1641), and his wife, Lady Anne Erskine (d. 1640), daughter of John Erskine, earl of Mar (c. 1562–1634).
