Campbell, Sir Patrick (1773–1841), naval officer, was a son of Colonel John Campbell of Melfort in Argyll, and his wife, Colina, daughter of John Campbell of Auchalader; he was elder brother of Lieutenant-General Sir Colin Campbell (1776–1847). He was made lieutenant on 25 September 1794, and commander on 4 September 1797....
