Bozon, Nicholas (fl.c. 1320), Franciscan preacher and Anglo-Norman writer, produced a substantial literary output, but very little information about his life survives. He himself says that he was 'del ordre de freres menours', and that he was 'ordenours', which probably means that he had the right to administer absolution (a right much sought after by the mendicants).
