Wyndham, Sir Wadham (1609–1668), judge, was born at Orchard Wyndham, Somerset, on 29 October 1609, the ninth son of Sir John Wyndham (1558–1645) of Orchard Wyndham and his wife, Joan (1564/5–1633), daughter of Sir Henry Portman.
