Rattray, Thomas, of Craighall (1684–1743), Scottish Episcopal bishop of Dunkeld, was the eldest son of James Rattray (d. 1692), laird of Craighall, near Blairgowrie, Perthshire, and Elizabeth, daughter of Sir George Hay of Megginich.
