Nicholas ap Gwrgan (d. 1183), bishop of Llandaff, was from the Llandaff area and has sometimes been identified, on dubious grounds, as the son of Urban, bishop of Llandaff. He was much favoured by Archbishop Theobald, who consecrated him at Canterbury on 14 March 1148....
