Horsfield, Thomas (1773–1859), physician and naturalist, was born at 42 West Market Street, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, colonial America, on 12 May 1773, the son of Timothy Horsfield jun. and Juliana Sarah Parsons (b. 1738).
