Hambury, Sir Henry (b. in or before 1271, d.c. 1350), justice, seems to have come from Hanbury, near Tutbury, in Staffordshire. It was in Hanbury parish church that he established a chantry towards the end of his life and the pattern of his early appointments as an attorney and of his later judicial appointments also points to origins in this area.
