Morris [Morys], Roger (1551/2?–1597x1600), antiquary and recusant, was perhaps the Roger Morris of Flintshire at Hart Hall, Oxford, aged nineteen in 1571. His later home was at Coedytalwrn, parish of Llanfair Dyffryn Clwyd, Denbighshire.

Morris is hardly known except through his manuscripts, written in a notably neat and unostentatious hand, a hand which would be nameless had not two contemporaries, ...
