Jones, Owen [pseud. Meudwy Môn] (1806–1889), Calvinistic Methodist minister and writer, was born on 15 July 1806, the son of John and Ellen Thomas of Gaerwen, in the parish of Llanfihangel Ysgeifiog, Anglesey.
